TPB court case.

So I’ve been following TPB’s court case,

The first judge, Tomas Norström, that found them guilty was found out to be a member(or members?) of some(or a number of?) anti-piracy group(s), but the guy who found this out, said that this was not reason enough to prove that he was being biased in his judgment.

And this guy, Anders Eka, has the final say and it is not appealable.

Curious thing is, Anders Eka, I quote,

“heads in an immaterial rights organisation as Peter Drowsky and Monique Wasted, the MPAA and Ifpi-lawyers. However, he does not feel that working together with the lawyers that enjoys this decision the most has an impact on his decision or that he might be biased himself…”

That means he himself is the big head of some kinda ‘protect the rights of big companies and corporations who earns shit tons of money yet claims that they are losing money due to piracy’ group.

To me, that’s like asking Hitler to judge whether Heinrich Himmler is guilty of massacring the Jews, in other words, fucking utter bullshit that makes George Bush’s claims of WMD being stockpiled somewhere deep in Iraq look like it was really a fact.

It just goes to show how the rich can just do anything they want and bend everything to their own will.

This kinda things disgust me, but what to do? Humans ARE disgusting in the first place.

I was at a rather influence-able age when Michael Jackson dominated local TV.

I remember the first time I saw his movie, ‘Moonwalker’.. It was really.. quite an experience, as a matter of fact, a few months back I acquired the movie again and re-watch it. bought back memories.

Countless MVs, his concerts, songs, the famous moonwalk, his biography.. everyhing being broadcast on the TV, I was exposed to. He was practically the coolest star on earth at that time.  And of course, when you have gain a certain amount of success, people will start imitating you.

and since I couldn’t do the moonwalk, the next best thing was the hip thrust, grab crotch and go ow!

And just like all little boys trying to show off and look cool, I decided to show the this ‘dance’ to a girl without knowing that it is a, well.. you know? Oh ffs I was like 10? or 9 then? I tot it was cool whattttt!! I mean, MJ did it! how can it be wrong?!!?

Nevertheless, My teacher caught me, and gave me a tongue lashing of immense proportion. I think he even made me do push-ups, and I didn’t even know why I was wrong at that time.

“This teacher must not like Michael Jackson very much!”

I grew up listening to Michael Jackson, and I really liked him, his music and his style. Even though he may have his lows, I believe what he had contributed to the music industry far overshadows the cons.

Nevermind he was unable to make a comeback, cause I believe he is already an icon of his own – a legend, long long ago.

I mean, just browse through every single kind of media out there, name me one who isn’t populated by Michael Jackson right now.

Twitter crashed. Wikipedia’s entry of him got screwed so bad before his death was officially announced, your facebook got spammed, etc etc.

Heck the only person’s demise I remember generating so much buzz equal to Michael Jackson’s was Princess Diana.

..Sigh, King of pop, you will be missed.

Jailbreak Ipod Touch FW3.0

NOTE: I believe these instructions works for the iphone too, though i’ve not tested it out myself.

Right, took me quite some time to update my itouch. Ever since i first jb-ed it to 2.2.0, i hadn’t really bothered with upgrading  it to 2.2.1 and jailbreaking it subsequently. Didn’t really feel the update was necessary and meh, i can live without a few apps.

But since Fw3.0 is so awesome. I googled for the method and attempted the jailbreak once again. To my surprise, it was quite a breeze. I didn’t really expected it to be so easy really.

I own a jailbreak-ed FW2.2.0 Itouch 16gb 1st gen, and here is how i did it:

1. Download Redsn0w

2. Anyway, before using Redsnow, go here and read up on how to update your Itouch/iphone to FW3.0 for free.

3. Once FW3.0 update is done, extract Redsn0w to a folder and double click the exe to begin the process of jailbreaking your itouch.

4. Please do pay ample attention to what’s stated on screen at all times!! When it asks for the ipsw, navigate to the file you downloaded from step 2, click next and wait for it to modify the ipsw.

5. when you see the step where it tells you to turn off and on and plug in your device.. do it and position your fingers on the lock and home buttons respectively, click next and follow the instructions on the screen. It’s very fast! so make sure you have good reflexes. lol i managed to get it done the 1st time. XD

6. Congrats, you now have the latest FW 3.0 jailbreak-ed.

just wait awhile for it to get things sorted out and once you see your home screen, ya done!

To install cracked apps on your itouch, visit here for instructions. Previous cracked apps you have installed in your itouch should still work. mine did.

I would strongly recommend that you use Appsync, even though you may not have wifi at home. (I actually went down to the bus stop to ‘borrow’ some wifi. LOL -.-)

There is a way to do it without using wifi, but i deem it too risky and thus, I will not share it. (I think hotspots are pretty common nowadays anyway, i mean.. my  BUS STOP HAS IT! so ffs, don’t be lazy.)

A final note to everyone, I can assure you, all instructions provided here have been tried and tested by me and it works 100%(For me).

BUT, I will not entertain any comments in regards to bricked and/or damaged itouches/iphones when attempting to follow/in the process of going through  what i’ve stated here, cause i do not like to help people who are retards and cannot understand simple instructions.

But seriously, if you find my instructions too difficult to understand, then i strongly suggest you not attempt it and just go google. the jailbreaking community is hugeeeeeeeee thus  i’m sure information like these are abundant and perhaps, much better expressed.

Of course, if you have questions not related to bricked/damaged devices, i.e. my instructions not being clear enough etc. do feel free to comment.

Alright here’s my results. Damn I thought ‘Save’ means they will print screen for you, apparently mine just shows up as a file with no .ext. I had to drag it to my browser then it will show. Ah well here goes

Every settings pushed to the max btw. Apparently it gave me Grade A, said it will most probably work efficiently and asked me to tweak my settings higher. LOL.

Overall the ‘preview’ was pretty awesome, graphics, colors, design and all.. plus It’s street fighter ffs!! You cannot fail with SF! 7th July!! Can’t wait.

PS: think i need to get a better controller. Hmmm.
